Looks like you've got something rare there mate. Never seen a manual with the date in the front page. The notice about the 48K being fitted as standard in UK is in a slightly different position. It's a little hard to see the rest from the quality of the images but this could be an early release MZ-8...

No need for me to as the full common MZ-80A manual is available already in PDF on my website. Hoping the other guy will give us some more images though

I was about to post similar :D We need to get some more photos of the rarer manual, especially front cover, and inner first few pages. I wonder if this manual is before or after the more common one. Either Sharp intended for colour to exist on the 80A and then changed their minds, or it was later on...

I'm absolutely not saying the contrary. Look at his photos and you will see it has the American spelling of the word colour.

Could it be you have an American MZ-80A and manual? The spelling of 'colour' is the American spelling. I wonder if they added a colour option for the U.S. market! There is even no mention of it on here:

I had a more closer look at my manual, the MZ80A was purchased circa mid 1982 and it has a similar number of pages to the pdf on original.sharpmz.org, the latter is either lacking pages or skips the blanks in its pdf numbering. Just had a quick check, the manual on the original.sharpmz.org is different to my original manual. Mine is dated September 1981 and has a lot more pages, it also has the serial number 080311-250981. Yeah, that doesn't match up at all with my MZ-80A manual whatsoever. Never seen that. And never seen...
