On my first MZ-700, some keys were not responsive. I had to unscrew the keyboard to access the card stock where the circuit is embedded. I clean it with alcohol and remount the keyboard: the unresponsive keys are responsive now.

I think the image are probably mzq (a format close to the image inside QD) but I may be wrong.

So I should check whether my fully working MZ-700 has this box or it is not a French version (I had it with a SCART wire).

Just a small precision: MZ2TAPE is not my solution but Pacman's while it is true it was first inspired by my project.

If the progress bar is not moving, it means the Arduino is in pause forced by the MZ-700 (MOTOR turned OFF). When trying to load, check if the SENSE signal is low and the MOTOR signal is high (motor on).
