All I have at the moment is the MZ-80A CP/M disk itself. My drive is with someone else at the mo having a Gotek fitted.

Just check the Monitor boot up text in ROM. For instance on the MZ-80A it's "MONITOR SA-1510"

I don't think the MZ-80A and the MZ-1200 are similar. The MZ-1200 seems more like a K but in an A chassis
