Well, it's effectively as it says "MZ-80". But as it's from Japan you may get some funny characters on the screen which don't make sense (because you would need to either swap out your CG-ROM on your physical machine for a Japanese CG-ROM or you need to replace the character file on the emulator if you're using one). I got it running OK on my MZ-80A emulator but don't know if everything quite looked correct. The game was still playable though. If it works on the MZ-80A it's got a high chance of working on the MZ-80K

BASIC or machine code?

EDIT: STUPID QUESTION ALERT. Edit TAK here. It's is Machine Code as it says MONITOR on it lol i'm stupid.

Yep :) And if you get a copy of MZF Studio for Windows you can then load MZFs into that first for those tapes that don't identify what program type they are.
