OS for MZ-3500

Hi. First post in this great forum. I am sure you can help me.
I have my setup ready for emulating the MZ-3500 using Takeda Toshiya's emulator. I am primarily interested in EOS and FDOS, but I also want to see runing any other OS for this machine.
I do have some disks (see attached) and have converted some of them, but they don't boot.
Hope you can point me in the right direction as to how to convert them properly to use them to boot EOS and FDOS in my emulation setup, or if they work as-is but in a different emulation environment (MAME, etc.).
